Our Emergency Plug Kit is now available again. It is mainly designed for Motor Homes but is usable on any type of vehicle giving you the ability to transport your vehicle much longer distances for repairs without the annoying sound created when a spark plug is missing. (click here)

Current Status

We have developed a new tool that gives us the ability to do permanent repairs on the Dual Overhead Cam 4.6 liter engines  used in many cars including the Mustang Cobra and the Mark VIII.

As of today Blownoutsparkplug has repaired over 400 blown out sparkplugs nationwide with no failures of the repaired spark plug threads. (see USA map)

Local & Nationwide Service

Blownoutsparkplug will soon have four locations. Very soon we will be adding a new repair facility in Austin Texas. We currently have two repair facilities located in California. One is in El Cajon near San Diego and the other is in Santa Ynez near Santa Barbara and one in Sahuarita, Arizona near Tucson. We also have a complete mobile repair system that is capable of service at any location in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.  (see comments regarding nationwide service)

Pricing

If travel is required:
$ 800.00 plus expenses*
This includes up to two replacement plug seats, replacement of ALL of the spark plugs and one coil if needed.
* Prices can vary depending on situations.

Repairs at local facilities:
$ 650.00   This includes up to two replacement plug seats, replacement of ALL the spark plugs, and one coil if needed. (see FAQ)

$ 500.00   This includes one replacement plug seat, spark plug, and one coil if needed.
