WARNING !!! It is very very important that you unplug the wiring connector to the fuel injector that feeds the affected cylinder. Picture (instructions) The best way to verify that you are unplugging the correct injector is to count the coils and injectors from the front of the engine. Visit our FAQs. RETURN	Our emergency plug kit was mainly designed for Motor Homes but is usable on any type of vehicle giving you the ability to transport your vehicle for repairs without the annoying sound created when a spark plug is missing. There is a flat side manufactured into the plug to assist in installation. The flattened side will wedge against the edge of the cylinder head so that the plug will not spin while tightening. The only tools needed for installation would be a standard socket and ratchet kit. These have been redesigned with a higher temperature and denser rubber to make removal easier, the cross bolt has been welded so there is no possibility of it falling into the cylinder and causing additional damage.
