Policies

• If we cannot repair your vehicle there will be no charge for the service call*.

Warranty

• There are many shops giving 90 day warrantees but a standard insert usually takes a few months to fail.
• If one of our inserts ever fails we will refund your money*. It's that simple.
• We are so sure of our repair process that we can offer this type of warranty.

Terms

• All payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
• While we are on travel we can only accept cashiers check, money order, Paypal, credit cards or cash (preferred).
• All credit card and PayPal payments carry a 5% service charge
• For local and commercial customers we can also accept checks.
• Don't let finances stop you from repairing your vehicle correctly. We can also work out payment plans if needed .

* There are a few instances where this cannot apply such as a repair after someone else has attempted to repair the spark plug threads and damaged the cylinder head or if the vehicle uses an aftermarket system for alternate fuels (i.e. CNG / Propane).
